Dear Nevis Cycle Club,

 

After four years since my Olympic assignment with ESPN began, my book recounting the experience is now available in stores and online! AS GOOD AS GOLD is the story of one woman, nine sports, ten countries and a two year quest to make the Summer Olympic Games. On a more personal note to St. Kitts and Nevis, this is the story abut a woman looking for a chance to compete...and the country that gives her dreams a chance. When I started this assignment, I had no idea it would change my life and bring me the greatest treasure of all; lifelong friendships, dual-citizenship, the gift of giving back to a community, and the ability to keep an Olympic dream going into the next decade. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I enjoy living it...
