Nevis Athletes Take Their Talents on the Road
The athletes of Nevis prepare to take their skills out in the world after a grueling series of home based events, on May 3rd the newly crowned female OECS Triathlon Champion Kristina Stoney takes on the St Croix Half-Ironman (70.3) and the famous ‘Beast’.
On the same weekend OECS male Triathlon Champion Reggie Douglas and former national triathlon Champion James Weekes will race the Grenada triathlon as part of the teams preparation for the triathlon World championships September 2009 in Australia.
It is going to be a busy month for the Nevis team as Paula Price and Sarah Williams will take on the Disney Half-Ironman on 17th of May, we wish all of our athletes the very best and look forward to reports of their exploits abroad.
