NEVIS CYCLE & TRIATHLON CLUB

Club member Andy Brear is making his final training preparations for attending the Barbados Marathon to be held December 2nd. Andy raced there last year in the Half-Marathon class taking third place in his age group, but he has stepped up his program as he is attempting to qualify for Boston next year, but this requires him to post a 31/2 hr time to qualify.
Andy remains cautiously optimistic about his chances of qualifying, but feels good about his running at the moment, if the conditions are right and the competition good he has every chance.
We wish him well, and if you see him out there late at night, hes not crazy, but he is determined.
